Our co-founders at MGLA had a clear vision: to revolutionise how we perceive quality and compliance. They were tired of companies who claimed to be compliant but were clueless about what it actually meant. So, they decided to make a difference.
Can compliance really save lives? Well, it might not rescue you from a burning building, but it does provide safety and security for you, your staff and your customers.
We live in a world where rules and regulations govern our actions, and compliance is our guide to staying on the right side of those guidelines. Plus, it's different for every company, so it's essential to navigate this territory wisely. Working within guidelines gives you a clear direction. And let me tell you, compliance and governance have a massive impact on safety, security, and responsibility in the industries where MGLA operates.
The co-directors at MGLA are truly passionate about creating a Compliance & Quality culture within organisations. They want to address the tough issues head-on, leaving no room for hiding until audit time or a haphazard approach to service delivery just because it's convenient.

Who we are
Co-founders, Allison & Lauren
They met in 2011 through a mothers group and instantly connected on many levels, including their ability to work hard, stick to the rules and take a no bullshit approach to everything they did.
Allison was working in the legal industry and had just taken over a failing disability organisation. After developing it into a sustainable organisation she enlisted the help of Lauren...in fact Lauren didn’t have a choice, it was happening!
Lauren on the other hand was studying and already on her way to developing her own bookkeeping and NDIS plan management business.
The two aligned and now each run their own multimillion dollar businesses. Some together as co-founders and some alone within their own right.
One thing is for sure, they don’t stop until the job is done and done right.
